Terms for joining ProActuary Connect

1. By joining ProActuary Connect as a member, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. You agree to use your full name in your profile so that it is transparent that any comments made in discussion forums etc are made by you.

3. ProActuary Connect is open to entrants over 18 years of age. By applying you confirm you are over 18.

4. You do not own a potentially competing business (e.g. job board owner, recruitment agency etc) or work for an organization that may use your insights from ProActuary Connect content for competitive insight purposes.

5. Respectful Communication: All members are expected to communicate with each other in a respectful and professional manner.

6. No Spam or Solicitation: Members are not allowed to post spam or engage in any form of solicitation on the community platform.

7. Responsibility for Content: Members are solely responsible for the content they post on the community platform, including any information or advice they provide to others. ActPsych Marketing Ltd does not take any responsibility for content posted by others on the ProActuary Connect website.

8. All personal information shall be used in accordance with ActPsych Marketing Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

9. ActPsych Marketing Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any members as a result of being in the ProActuary Connect community.

10. Termination of Membership: The community administrators reserve the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates these terms or engages in any other inappropriate behavior.
