Sr Implementation Project Manager

Summary: Responsible for overseeing the implementation of SAS Fraud, Risk, and Actuarial solutions for our clients. Acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Manages budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage implementation projects for SAS Fraud, Risk, and Actuarial solutions.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility for projects, including budget management and expense tracking.
  • Identify and escalate performance issues within the project team.
  • Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Prepare project plans and recommendations for implementation approaches.
  • Participate in deal review sessions with account teams.
  • Complete risk assessments and maintain project quality assurance.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Forecast revenue and resource requirements for projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts between project and organizational units.
  • Perform project closeout procedures and updates.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Identify and confirm customer's business needs.
  • Manage multiple small to medium scale projects independently.
  • Build business cases for negotiations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Project Management skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with Project Management practices and tools.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Domain expertise in Fraud, Risk, or Actuarial solutions.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
