Position: Senior Director, Reporting & Business Analytics The Senior Director, Reporting & Business Analytics will be part of the Monogram Health Analytics organization consisting of actuarial, underwriting, reporting, medical economics, and data science team members. This team is focused on building a high-performance organization that is responsible for all financial, operational, and quality reporting for Monogram Health and its clients, as well as driving analytics discussions in support of our large growth initiatives. This position will work closely with operational leadership and be responsible for advancing performance management capabilities at Monogram and delivering reporting tools and business intelligence to support operational and clinical initiatives. The candidate should have experience in leading high-performing analytics teams, along with a strong track record in crafting reporting solutions tailored for different audiences both internally and externally.
