North America Head of Financial Reporting and Analysis New York City Role Overview: The North America Head of Financial Reporting and Analysis will be responsible for leading the development and production of Management Information for the North America and Global leadership teams. A clear financial narrative encompassing detailed production, loss and expense information is critical to enable NA management to successfully execute on strategy and running of the business. The individual will connect NA stakeholders together to produce this narrative, as well as supporting the overall Finance operating framework by aligning activities and deliverables with Controllership, Actuarial, Expense Management and FP&A. The candidate will possess proven leadership, management, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a track record of being able to drive organizational change both within the financial arena and throughout the supported organization. It is imperative that the Finance Director possess excellent business acumen, strong leadership skills, along with the expertise to navigate and achieve the organization's financial goals. This individual must have experience across a broad range of financial disciplines and be a forward thinking and progressive leader. He/she will have extensive knowledge and experience in managing both strategic and tactical activities within finance and have experience managing internal and external business partners across various business disciplines. • The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$210,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
