Job Description & Summary
A career in our Enterprise Risk Management practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You'll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.

Our team helps organisations identify and assess risks that affect their business objectives. As a part of the team, you'll help our clients reduce their costs and improve the effectiveness of their governance, risk and compliance activities, and assess, design, or implement enterprise risk management capabilities.

You will provide consulting services to clients to work smarter and grow faster. Your work area will be Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and integrated Finance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (iFGRC) across ALL industries. These range from assessing, identifying, measuring, designing, implementing, report/disclosure monitoring and transforming the risk culture behavior of client organization and client's employee. You will assist clients in delivering their risk strategy and the implementation by making risks value propositions to be the real, driving management decision making and supporting sustaining business growth and operational excellence.

  • PC literate (windows, MS Project, Visio, MS Access)
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills, to both providing information as well as persuading
  • Persistence, eye for detail and ability to complete projects and keen to deadline
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage time effectively and to manage multiple routine detail matters while attending to occasional strategic / complex matters

Qualification:
  • The current financial regulatory landscape (Basel II/III, IFRS9, etc.)
  • Quantitative skills and ability to work with large complex datasets
  • Credit risk modeling experience (PD/LGD/EAD, stress-testing, economic capital, etc.)
  • Insurance modeling experience (Pricing, Reserving, IFRS17, etc.)
  • SAS, MATLAB, SPSS, R, Python (or similar statistical analytic tool)
  • University degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematical Science, Financial Engineering, Actuarial, Statistics, etc.)
  • Analytical and independent thinker with strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
