Job Description Income's Actuarial team aims to create exponential value and cultivates a dynamic learning culture. We are a strong partner in enterprise-wide digitization and data initiatives, and we are looking for a manager for the IFRS17 team. This role will be an integral team member within the IFRS17 team in the Actuarial Department to deliver the enterprise wide IFRS17 project. Key Responsibilities: Implementation, managing and setting up of actuarial processes for IFRS17 project. Delivery of project deliverables, track progress and escalation of risks. Develop solutions for IFS17 financial reporting including datalake, accounting systems solutions & actuarial modelling. Analyzing IFRS17 results and building new capabilities for sensitivity reporting. Opportunity to learn, develop and apply actuarial expertise in the new accounting standard. Requirements 5 to 9 years of work experience in actuarial function, preferably in financial reporting. Good progress in actuarial exams. Strong in project management and able to communicate in simple and concise way to stakeholders. Technical, sensitive to details and ability to apply critical thinking. Adaptable and open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working. Proficient in Prophet & Alteryx would be an advantage.
