Let's make an impact in Fintech! Joining the fantastic business operations team at mmob Malaysia, this internship will be instrumental in helping us achieve ambitious growth objectives. An exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a purpose driven start-up, you will assist with research, presentation materials and other varied tasks relating to the business needs. You'll gain solid knowledge of Open Banking/Open Finance, Embedded Finance and up and coming areas of the Fintech industry. Full-time job opportunities are available upon successful completion of an internship. On a day to day basis you will..... Provide a huge variety of data and analysis, both project-based and ad hoc Share knowledge and interesting insights with the wider team Develop PowerPoint presentation materials Assist with developing marketing and product design materials Assist with market research including but not limited to research on customer and competitor landscapes Gather and organize data for reports/projects Enable effective decision-making by analyzing data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format Assist with reporting to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions Requirements Fresh graduates or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, management, marketing, or related field Desire to be part of a purpose-driven fintech startup that addresses industry challenges Determination to acquire new knowledge FinTech Able to work with minimal supervision effectively in an Agile environment Good analytical and evaluative skills Strong communication and presentation skills Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge in database administration (SQL), other coding languages would be desirable, but not essential Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn.
