The Talent Intelligence Team directly contributes to the mission and objectives of Scoot through the effective workforce planning and data & statistical analysis. If analyzing data and performing statistical analysis is your kind of thing, then this might be the perfect job for you!

Job Description

1. Data Analytics Process and Deployment
  • Work with specific business partners to understand their business challenges and identify areas for analytics deployment
  • Design analytical solutions, implement algorithms, and perform experiments to define the next generation HR capability
  • Use advanced data analysis to influence changes to operations, processes, policies and programs
  • Deploy leading analytics techniques to deepen employee engagement and development
  • Develop Dashboards to customize and enhance reporting initiatives in Human Resources
  • Design and deploy data pipelines and solutions to help business make better people decisions


2. Predictive Analytics
  • Develop Predictive Analytics based on HR requirement
  • Identify data source and information required to perform predictive Analytics
  • Identify the relevant tools or system required to ensure consistent review of the analytics


3. Programming & Data
  • Creativity to see possibilities within the data & translate into decisions and actions for non-technical business users
  • Provide data management and analytical support to Human Resources
  • Analyse, identify, visualize and describe key trends within large datasets
  • Usage of analytical software tools, leading database environments and reporting tools for development of analytical reports
  • Visualise patterns arising out of data analysis and turn these into compelling stories


4. Projects and Stakeholders Management
  • Drive or support as a leader or member of initiatives and projects related to Data Analytics
  • Clear communicator, with the ability to articulate ideas with data
  • Ability to present in front of the senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Adherence to timeline for projects and execution
  • Management of stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of projects and initiatives


Requirements
  • Degree in Actuarial Science (Mathematics, Statistics), Engineering, Computer science or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with unstructured data to produce meaningful insights and problem-solve business problems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and statistical software e.g., SPSS, R, Python
  • Hands-on experience manipulating and deriving insights from large datasets; adept in using data analytics to draw insights from data and visualization tools for presentation of data to effectively convey meaningful insights.
