Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Analytics and Longevity - Data Analytics team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months commencing as soon as possible as a Data Scientist Experience Analyses. You can look forward to You take on considerable individual responsibility as part of a modern and agile team. In this context you are responsible for analysing the experience of reinsurance treaties for global markets, with a focus on Asian markets. Analysis, assumption derivation and assumption validation of existing inventories Assisting with the pricing of new business Further refining statistical and stochastic models and methods Supporting the optimisation of infrastructure and process automation Collaborating with our international branches on diverse and exciting data science projects You come equipped with Passion and enthusiasm for data science, actuarial analysis & international cooperation Master's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics, data science or a comparable academic discipline In-depth knowledge of statistics and data science Basic knowledge of actuarial mathematics Knowledge of a higher programming language (e.g. R, Python) Independent user skills in German and Englisch (level B2), ideally also knowledge of Asian languages (e.g. Chinese) Willingness to go on occasional business trips On a personal level, you can impress us with your good communication abilities and your strong social skills.
