VIE Actuarial Risk Monitoring - Goteborg H/F Concrètement votre quotidien ? BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic recherche un V.I.E. Actuarial Risk Monitoring H/F. A ce titre, vous travaillerez sur divers sujets de surveillance des risques au sein du service actuariel, en collaboration avec d'autres équipes actuarielles et d'autres services : - Analyse continue de l'exposition du portefeuille d'assurance aux risques suivants : risques structurels, sélection défavorable, aléas moraux, hypothèses erronées du marché, etc. - Création de bases techniques (calcul des lois de maintien, fréquences de sinistres, etc.) à utiliser dans la tarification des nouveaux produits. - Mise à jour de la base de données actuarielle principale. - Contribution à diverses études, principalement celles visant à approfondir la compréhension du portefeuille d'assurance interne. - Développement d'un tableau de bord permettant de réagir rapidement aux changements de rentabilité. L'environnement de travail, c'est important! Le département actuariat de BNP Paribas Cardif est composé de 10 personnes de nationalités et d'âges différents, toutes basées à Göteborg. Dans les pays nordiques, BNP Paribas Cardif emploie 130 personnes à Copenhague, Oslo, Stockholm et Göteborg. Nous travaillons dans un environnement de bureaux flexibles, ce qui améliore la collaboration entre les équipes. Vous êtes le deuxième membre de l'équipe de surveillance des risques, qui est l'une des trois équipes actuarielles, les deux autres étant la tarification et le closing. Les trois équipes travaillent en étroite collaboration sur de nombreux sujets et l'ensemble du service se réunit au moins une fois par semaine au bureau pour partager ses connaissances et échanger sur les nouveaux sujets en cours. Le siège social de BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic est situé à Göteborg, la deuxième plus grande ville de Suède. Göteborg est une ville agréable et assez animée, particulièrement pendant l'été. Où que vous soyez dans la ville, la nature sera proche : après quelques stations de tram, vous serez à proximité des bois, un lac ou la mer. Située près du centre, notre entité est facilement accessible en prenant l'une des deux lignes de tramway s'arrêtant devant nos bureaux. Ou pourquoi ne pas louer un vélo dans certains des lieux de location publics et faire de l'exercice sur le chemin. Et après ? Vous aurez l'occasion d'en apprendre davantage sur le portefeuille d'assurance nordique auprès des membres expérimentés de l'équipe et de diriger vos propres études pour élargir la base de connaissances du département. Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC+5 avec une spécialisation en Mathématiques, actuariat ou data science et vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins un an (stages et alternance inclus) dans le domaine de l'analyse de données et l'actuariat. Vous disposez de solides connaissances en data et modèles descriptifs. Vous maitrisez l'anglais, le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) ainsi qu'en conception de programmes IT. More specifically, the role focuses on: • Continuous analysis of the company's exposure to risks structural risks, adverse selection, moral hazards, incorrect assumptions of the market, and others. • Creation of technical bases (calculation of recovery curves, claim frequencies etc.) to be used in pricing of new products. • Ownership and maintenance of main actuarial database. • Contribution to various studies, primarily those seeking to deepen the understanding of the internal insurance portfolio. • Dashboard development to enable fast response to changes in profitability What about your future team and work environment? The Nordic Actuarial department consists of 10 people of different nationalities and ages all based in Gothenburg. In the Nordic countries, BNP Paribas Cardif are 130 employees based in Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm and Gothenburg. We work in a flex office environment, enhancing the collaboration between departments. Moreover, we allow 50% working from home. You will be the second member of the Risk Monitoring team which is one of 3 actuarial teams, the other two being Pricing, and Closing. All 3 teams work very closely together on many topics and the full department meets at least once a week in the office to share knowledge and discuss business news. The Nordic head office is situated in Gothenburg, Sweden's second largest city. The city has a friendly atmosphere and the town is quite lively, especially during summer. Wherever you are in the city, nature will be fairly close, just take the tram a few stops, and you will be close to the woods, a lake or the sea. The Cardif office is located near the center, and it is easily reached by taking one of the two tram lines that stops just outside. Or why not rent a bike in some of the public rental places and get some exercise on the way. What is next? As we are a fairly small entity you will learn about all tasks done in the Actuarial department at close range. You will have the opportunity to learn about the Nordic insurance portfolio from more experienced members of the team and lead studies of your own to expand the department's knowledge base further. You will also interact frequently with other departments in the company such as Partner Experience to discuss findings and ideas. Most of the actuarial VIEs choose to remain in the company after the VIE contract ends, including some of our current managers. The position offers a strong opportunity to learn a lot about the insurance industry and will give you a wide base to stand on when taking the leap into your future career within Data analysis or Actuarial sciences.
