Manage renewal applications, communicate requirements, and articulate changes to policy terms and conditions. Underwrite endorsement requests, ensuring efficient processing through collaboration with underwriting assistants. Develop marketing skills with agents, brokers, and clients. Cultivate strong customer service skills. Collaborate with underwriters in processing renewals, new business, and endorsements. Pursue ongoing educational courses through The Institutes towards a CPCU or AU designation.
