What you will be doing The AVP, Annuity Valuation, AXIS Modeler will direct a small team and have a lead role in AXIS modeling for annuity valuation. Strong proficiency with AXIS modeling software with at least two years of experience Excellent communication and influencing skills Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience with building an fostering relationships Highly organized and able to lead successful projects without supervision Strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills including the ability to quantify impacts and synthesize data from multiple sources and identify trends Preferred: Experience with US statutory and GAAP reporting Knowledge of LDTI and its implications for annuity valuation Demonstrated self-starter and effective individual contributor for non-routine projects Ability to interact with and provide subject matter expertise to multiple functional areas Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines What your work environment will look like An inclusive work environment in which any group feels welcome, respected, supported, valued to fully participate at work Flexible work arrangements including remote, traditional and hybrid Associate well-being programs to balance your life in ways that suit you best Engagement opportunities on-site and virtually to connect with your co-workers Dress for your day work attire Compensation Statement Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
