As a research and development senior or lead in the Commercial Lines organization, you'll support our Businessowners Policy (BOP) product line. You'll design our next-generation BOP product, including analysis and adoption of Insurance Services Office (ISO) product changes, evolution of our current BOP product, and build data modeling capabilities. In this role, you'll report to a senior product development manager and work independently on projects, working closely with the business leader for small business insurance products and BOP product managers.

Must-have qualifications
  • PhD in quantitative field of study
  • Instead of the above, a master's degree in quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
  • Instead of the above, a bachelor's degree in quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analysis experience in a product, pricing or actuarial role in property and casualty insurance

Preferred skills
  • Must have Business Owner Policy (BOP) experience

Compensation
  • $84,900 - $139,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30 - 40% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
