As a team we solve business problems across financial crime, specializing in anti-money laundering
Are you someone who:
  • Is passionate about combatting financial crime.
  • Is a self-starter with the ability of finding new ways of solving problems.
  • Can run with analytical projects from the identification of the business problem up to implementation.
  • Enjoys stakeholder management with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
  • To plan, build, optimise and implement innovative quantitative analytical methodologies, procedures, products and advanced mathematical models that provide analytical support and interpret insights, to address business opportunities and problems and implement business strategy, with minimal guidance.
  • Participate in utilisation, refinement and enhancement of statistical models and data analysis to inform decision making and address business needs.
  • Contribute to innovation by finding faster and more accurate ways of working.
  • Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
  • Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation


You will be an ideal candidate if you:
  • Preferred Qualification - Honours Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering
  • Experience - 2-5 years' experience in a data environment including analytical model development and implementation.
  • Data and analytics experience within a financial crime, fraud or anti-money laundering environment would be an added advantage.
