About the role

The Consumer Risk Sr. Representative will be responsible for supporting consumer risk team and other areas of the company to make data-driven decisions by developing reporting solutions and models to review portfolio trends and assist in the development of credit policies, collection campaigns, among other analysis.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuary, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, System Engineering or similar.
  • +3 years of relevant work experience in banking, financial services, data science or modelling.
  • Fluent English Skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Previous experience on portfolio reporting, credit analysis, credit strategy development, statistical modelling.
  • Literacy in at least one of the following software: SAS, SQL, WPS, PYTHON, R, Cognos, or a similar tool.
  • Proficient computer skills, including - Excel, Power BI, Outlook, PowerPoint


What you will be doing

  • Creation and update of portfolio monitoring tools.
  • Proposal and coordination of data driven collection strategies.
  • Review consumer portfolio trends, transforming data analysis into recommendations to the business senior management.
  • Regulatory reserves calculation and support with audit or regulatory requirements.
  • Creation and maintenance of models to forecast the behavior of the portfolio.
  • Support on the development of credit policies.
