Job Description: Responsibilities The role in Capital Management team providing modelling and technical support in capital management routine work and capital adequacy testing. Assist in capital management routine work such as producing quarterly capital sensitivities to key risks, capital movement analysis and capital forecast, inforce and new business capital contribution, etc, under both Hong Kong RBC and Canadian LICAT basis. Provide modelling and analytical support in the annual capital adequacy testing, including the Stress and Scenario Testing on HK RBC basis as part of the ORSA submission and the Financial Condition Testing on the Canadian LICAT basis. Support.in producing the 5-year capital plan on HK RBC and Canadian LICAT basis and other ad-hoc capital analysis, e.g. cash value deficiency projection and monitoring, capital analysis for Investment initiatives and/or ALM initiatives. Support in the implementation of capital reinsurance solutions to optimize the company's capital, such as analysis to assess the capital benefits on both HK RBC and Canadian LICAT basis and any limitation and cost. Support on other projects and tasks within actuarial department. Requirements University Graduate in Actuarial Science or related disciplines Good progressing in actuarial exams 1-3 years of experience in life insurance industry Knowledge in valuation, capital and financial reporting Experience in asset and liability cash flow testing and stress testing is a plus Modelling skills in Axis or Prophet ALS model, ability to apply complex concepts to solve business problems Accuracy and attention to details Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Take ownership and can work effectively in a team as well as independently Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Demonstrate initiative, commitment and responsibility as a team member We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.
