Job Description Objective: The primary goal of the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is to identify, develop, and empower exceptional final-year students from leading universities, offering them an immersive and hands-on learning experience that seamlessly integrates education with practical application. Program Overview: The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) shall provide mentorship, and structured learning opportunities to trainees necessary to excel in full time permanent roles and be a part of a dynamic TWC International team. Target Audience: BS Computer Science or Information Technology BBA (Finance)/ BS (Accounting and Finance), Actuarial Science,MS, MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA or relevant field. BBA / MBA (HR) Civil / Electrical Engineer (AutoCAD) Requirements Requirements: CGPA: We will be setting the minimum required CGPA to be 2.8 for being eligible to give the test. Years of Education: The candidate must have completed 16 years of education. Experience: Fresh or less than 1-year experience.
