EEV Reporting: Prepare the EEV financial results on a regular basis, including new business profitability, free surplus generation, value of in-force, analysis of movement and experience variance. 2. Model Management: Maintain the actuarial models for EEV reporting purpose, including implementation of various model enhancements and perform model controls and documentations for model changes. 3. Business Plan & Forecasting: Prepare the actuarial analysis on the financial KPIs for Business Plan and provide regular forecast on these KPIs to senior management to facilitate the monitoring of business performance against targets. Propose and implement initiatives to improve & outperform the financial KPIs. 4. Cross Function Support: Provide technical support to other functional teams, who seeking help and advice based on EEV valuation, such as modelling setup, methodology bridging, as well as various cross function projects. Job Requirements: • Graduates from Actuarial Science, Mathematics and/or Investment related background is preferred. • Good progress in Actuarial Examinations (e.g. Society of Actuaries) is a plus. • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience. • Good knowledge in actuarial concepts, embedded value valuation, insurance accounting and regulatory requirements is a plus. • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills is preferred. • Good communication skills and presentation skills, both written and spoken. • Able to work a fast-paced business environment and perform multiple tasks when needed. • Prophet modelling experience and good programming knowledge is a plus Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
