Description
Responsibilities Support analysis and decision-making for ALM strategy and initiatives, including strategic asset allocation and investment strategy, interest rate risk management (e.g., asset/liability duration matching, key rate duration analysis, Economic Capital management), and risk tolerance and limit setting. Provide ALM support for new product development activities. Support derivative-based hedging activities, including day-to-day operations (e.g., collateral management) and performance monitoring. Enhance process efficiencies. Support activities for the Asset/Liability Management & Investment Committee, the Risk & Capital Committee, and the Board of Directors. Develop new and maintain existing ALM dashboards and reports. Enhance process efficiencies. Develop a good understanding of different reporting bases (HK/Singapore/Bermuda regulatory and internal Economic Framework). Support business planning and other ad hoc projects related to ALM and capital management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in actuarial or equivalent education 3 years relevant experience in life insurance industry Good progress in actuarial exams Experience / knowledge in valuation or reporting experience or economic capital and/or risk-based capital framework Working knowledge of valuation/reporting, capital management, ALM structures Good understanding of Universal Life product Actuarial software programming in RAFM/MoSes Experience in Bloomberg Good time management and thrives working flexibly under sometimes challenging project-based timescales Effective communication skills Good problem solving & analytical skills Independent, self-motivated, and responsible Strong attention to detail and desire to produce a high-quality work product Strong desire to learn by working on project based new developments Interested candidates are invited to submit the application online with detailed resume stating educational background, working experience, current and expected salaries, and contact number.
