Support the Actuarial IFRS Business Planning team and personally contribute to:
• Produce timely actuarial business planning and forecasting for IFRS measures, including both base results and sensitivities, to meet requirements of PHKL and Prudential Group.
• Support in impact assessment in KPI and change management, as well as IFRS BAU reporting when necessary.

Job Descriptions:

Business plan production and review:

Prepare detailed work plan and manage the team to deliver the IFRS business plan, forecasting and sensitivity results. Conduct analytical review to ensure the robustness of the results and present to management.

KPI and change management:

Assist in quantification of management initiatives to manage and enhance IFRS operating profits (one of the KPIs) especially the year-on-year growth and sustainability.

Business plan process and control Identify areas to enhance business plan process and control so as to maximize both the quality and quantity of the output and produced in an efficient manner

Team management: Provide guidance and support to working level on both technical and non-technical areas

Job Requirements:

Expect at least 3 years of working experience

Financial reporting and management experience

Business and financial acumen for life insurance

Adaptable to changing priorities

Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills

Ability to work with diverse personalities, cultures and business practices in an international organization

Operates with high standards and integrity

Ability to multi-task, be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and spoken English
