Position Summary: This position will provide leadership to our Enterprise Risk Management Actuarial function. This will include leading a dynamic and highly visible enterprise team as well as strategic leadership for actuarial financial risks for Securian. Responsibilities will include leading and developing a team of actuarial leaders and/or professionals and providing strategic and thought leadership to all Securian's ERM functions, including leading/coordinating FRC and chairing risk governance committees. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Leads staff to achieve functional, department and enterprise objectives:
Directs Securian Financials' financial risk management activities, including capital management:
Communicates ERM positions and strategies:
Oversees Securian's ERM Governance framework and ORSA process:
