PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with senior management and team leaders to provide analytical and project support for all investment related activities within life and annuity M&A/reinsurance.
  • Strong commercial sense, able to collaborate within an entrepreneurial team and deliver results/reports/analysis in a timely manner.
  • Prepare deal presentations and other materials for internal and external counterparties.
  • Daily responsibilities include modeling, quantitative financial analysis, financial and business due diligence, and reporting.
  • Assist the deal team to develop memos, materials for senior team members, and ad hoc projects.


Qualifications & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Experience)
  • A senior financial Analyst with 4-9 years of hands-on quant, insurance or actuarial experience in a Inv bank, Reinsurance or Asset Managers who has graduated from Top Tier-Institutions.
  • Part of insurance solutions teams and insurer/investment manager asset mgmt. and ALM teams with at least 3-5 years' experience on insurance liabilities modeling
  • Good knowledge of US annuities market is a plus.
  • Ability to code in SQL/Python with knowledge of programming languages a plus
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to formulate complex problems in terms allowing efficient decision making.
  • Strong quantitative academic background in mathematics, physics, engineering or computer science or equivalent
