Purpose of the job Review and validate various actuarial models within Aegon and its subsidiaries, in close cooperation with local model owners or validation teams depending on the line of defense, based on approved methodology and in line with defined maturity levels for each key element of Transamerica's and Aegon's internal framework, to provide assurance on the integrity of models used and ensure models are well developed, tested, controlled, and kept in a secure environment. There are several teams working on model validation focusing on different Business Units.
