Job Description: Responsibilities Par and Dividend Management: Ongoing management of participating business in accordance with various scheme documents where applicable, and in compliance with applicable Participating Insurance Policy, Operating Guidelines, as well as local regulations Regular determination of asset shares and policy illustration for inforce participating business Review and recommend policy dividend, reversionary bonus and terminal bonus decisions Review and recommend interest crediting rates on amounts on deposits and policy loan interest rate decisions Engage in the business decision process with the responsibility to ensure participating policyholder's interest is protected Product Oversight: Provide oversight to product pricing on behalf of the CRO&CA of the Company Engage in various stages of product/pricing development process and advise on key issues and risks Oversee sales illustrations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations Risk-based Capital (RBC) Reporting: Manage and review the regulatory submission under the RBC regime Analyze the drivers underlying the RBC financial result and generate business insights Liaise with other functions on business issues as the RBC subject matter expert Optimization and Change Management: Lead the implementation and change management in response to the regulatory changes on participating fund management and RBC regime Engage in the consultation process of regulatory changes on behalf of the Company Manage initiatives to optimize the participating fund management and RBC reporting process Requirements: Qualified actuary FSA, FCIA, FIA, FIAA or equivalent At least 12 years of working experience in the life insurance sector Relevant experience in participating fund management, product management and regulatory reporting Technically solid with relevant experience in participating fund management, product management and regulatory reporting Excellent planning and change management skills Understand the business and be able to drive decisions with business and financial acumen Ability to manage stakeholders from various functions with diverse perspectives Ability to communicate confidently to a wide variety of audiences at all organization levels Ability to develop people through coaching, feedback and stretch assignments We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.
