2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America *** This position is a hybrid role based at our Denver Headquarters, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday through Thursday). DaVita's Payor Partnerships team manages a $7B portfolio of commercial revenue and a high-growth, national value-based care business that encompasses more than 200K lives and over $5B of medical spend. The Payor Partnerships leaders make up a highly motivated, fast-paced team with extensive experience in negotiations, managed care, finance, and consulting, and are at the center of DaVita's strategy to evolve from fee for service reimbursement to value based care. The Manager of Payor Partnerships, Value-based Care Contracting is a key member of this team, with primary responsibilities of supporting senior executives in the underwriting, negotiation, and execution of highly complex value based care arrangements with DaVita's payor partners. Critical to success in this role is an ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple work streams across actuary, operations, legal, and business development. This includes supporting strategy formulation, business development, and the delivery of a variety of innovative integrated care partnerships (pay-for-performance, shared savings, and capitation). Other special projects will include strategy work related to DaVita's broader commercial health plan portfolio. Position description and responsibilities:
