Job Description The primary job responsibilities include: Lead and drive collaboration with team members and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, devise innovative product proposition and help drive product prototyping & implementation Create pricing and monitoring framework to improve profitability of business, gather insights for pricing and analytics, strengthen technical pricing by tapping on data-driven insights using external and internal data sources Diverse pricing exposure to variety of Personal Lines and Group products across various distribution channels. Manage and lead business planning for GI & Group business This role will provide you the opportunity to lead a team within Actuarial and be exposed to Chief Actuary and Senior Management Requirements: At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in General Insurance actuarial function Good progress in actuarial exams, qualified actuaries preferred. Strong project management, excellent analytical and communication skills Experienced in people management, able to lead projects and provide training/coaching for direct reports Strong team player who is adaptable, open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working
