Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

  • Interact with Mumbai team members and also the run requestors (Customers) to prioritise runs effectively without breaching any timelines and also to understand the purpose of the run when required
  • Maintain an 'audit trail' and version control to demonstrate the adequacy of the spreadsheet controls for future enhancements to the product
  • Perform Model Testing (Operational Acceptance Testing) as per release scope and business requirement
  • Draft and maintain up-to-date, appropriate documentation and checklists for any processes that are implemented.
  • Process-oriented individual who emphasizes following proper controls and procedures.
  • Assists in the implementation and maintenance of process and testing tools.
  • Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of process and testing tools.
  • Provides support for small-scale tasks.
  • Collaborates with team members to facilitate progress on development projects.
  • Adheres to guidance provided by senior staff.
  • Support projects as per requirement and BAU queries from other areas of business
  • Work in a structured and logical way with a lot of focus high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to identify and understand business issues, and understand the impact on the business of proposed solutions
  • Seek and act on opportunities to develop technical and business understanding
  • Compliance - Ensure understanding and adherence to M&G India's Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements
