We have a number of positions available in both the North & South Island of NZ for Consultant Radiologists & those with sub-speciality interests in MSK, Breast, Intervention & Nuclear Medicine in both private & hospital settings. North Island Whangarei - General Radiologist Auckland - Breast Imaging Radiologist Auckland - Consultant Radiologist Rotorua - Consultant Radiologist Gisborne - Consultant Radiologist Hawkes Bay / Hastings / Napier - Consultant Radiologist South Island. Nelson - Golden Bay - Consultant Radiologist Dunedin / Invercargill - Breast Consultant Radiologist Christchurch - Consultant Radiologist Benefits: Locum Tenens registration pathway for up to 12 months with Specialist Quals i.e. FRCR & CCT, FRANZCR, FC Rad (SA) USA Board Certified Attractive remuneration package based on skills and years of experience. 6 weeks annual leave per annum 10 days CME leave per annum and CME allowance per annum for attendance at courses, cpd etc. (for contracts greater than 6 months) Reimbursement of indemnity insurance, registration fees, college membership. Unlimited sick leave and up to 6% matched employer contribution to government actuary approved superannuation scheme. Relocation package: Temporary accommodation and use of a vehicle Economy class flights to commence the appointment Relocation of household goods Essential Criteria: Specialist Quals i.e. UK FRCR + CCT, FRANZCR, FC Rad (SA) USA Board Certified Vocationally registered or eligible for vocational registration with MCNZ Recent radiology experience Experience in a senior clinical role (shift leadership) Professional Medical Indemnity Insurance. ACLS Resuscitation skills current Sponsorship available for overseas trained specialists with relevant quals Candidates who are working towards these qualifications will be considered.
