Risk Based Capital Takaful (RBCT) Assists in performing monthly reporting on local statutory reserve, tabarru surplus accrual & distribution. To carry out monthly Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and PCA local solvency. To analyse the year on year and month to month Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) movement. To perform Reserve Movement Analysis (RMA) and Source of Earning (SOE) To assists in attending other stakeholders' queries (such as Finance, BNM, PCA and auditors. 2. Retakaful To deliver monthly retakaful account and bordereaux reporting accurately and timely, providing monthly retakaful account reconciliation with Finance. Prepare the retakaful programme and related reporting templates for new products, perform reconciliation of the program before putting into production. To enhance and maintain the retakaful programme with proper valuation control in place. Enhancement and improvement of current process and procedure. To ensure timely submission to BNM in quarterly BNM exposure and involve in ad-hoc tasks as required. To assists in attending queries from retakaful operator. Qualification and Experience: Entry level with Degree in Actuarial Sciences. Candidates who have good progress in actuarial exams. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills. Well versed in English (both written and spoken). Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines. Driven by high desire to acquire knowledge and to deliver results. Displays high level of trust and sense of responsibility. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
