This role will have a pivotal responsibility in collaborating closely with the Group Office, Customer and Marketing, Channels, Operation, and Finance teams to identify opportunities for leveraging innovations in data & analytics to inform business decisions, deepen share of wallet, drive lead generations & conversion and enhance channel productivity. Through enabling analytics initiatives, this role will make significant contributions to the organization's overall success by harnessing the power of data for businesses.

Job Responsibilities
  • Expedite the adoption and integration of advanced data analytics into customer experience, marketing, sales channels and business processes Lead and facilitate the change management for such initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and a data-driven mindset throughout the organization.
  • Work with technology team to advance our data infrastructure, processes and technologies to keep up with ever-evolving data demands. Identify areas for improvement to deliver overall data strategy and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Produce actionable data insights to foster a deep understanding of our customers and channels to deliver business results. Leverage relevant tools such as predictive modelling to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Promote the adoption of data-driven decision-making and data visualization across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption with measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to explore and implement innovative solutions that meet the organization's data needs, enabling the organization to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Work closely with the IT department to ensure the security, scalability, and integration of data solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands to anticipate future digital opportunities and proactively recommend data initiatives.


Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Decision Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Actuarial Science, Marketing Analytics or Statistics
  • Master degree in relevant disciplines will be a plus
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in predictive analytics, data science or related quantitative fields
  • Solid hands-on experiences in decision modeling, predictive analytics, advanced analytics as well as data infrastructure development
  • Proficient in translating complex business requirements into tangible analytics tasks, as well as connecting the dots among different analytics projects to drive impact and efficiency.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing data analytics use cases for new tools and technologies.
  • Expert knowledge in different analytic techniques, including SAS, Python, Qlik, and Power BI.
  • A team player who can work effectively with both technical and business users.
  • Passionate about the use of data in everyday decision making, driving the acquisition and integration of new data source as well as new tools and technologies.
  • A self-starter, with strong business acumen, problem-solving skill and resilience in delivering the highest standard of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge in insurance and financial services is highly preferred.
