Roles & Responsiblities
  • Monthly payrolls - ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle of including tax, benefits, wages etc. are processed, reconciled, and transmitted accurately and timely
  • Ensure all payroll operations are compliance with statutory law & regulations and align with corporate HR-Payroll polices and strategies
  • Provide support to country HR and finance in term of payroll related matters, including third party payment, GL distribution, payroll funding process, external/internal audit, and statutory filings
  • Support in-house projects in term of payroll matters
  • Handle employees' Q&A in terms of payroll matters
  • Maintain updated payroll Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) timely
Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource, International Business, Actuarial Science, Finance, Tax or Accounting
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, 1-2 years' work experience in Payroll would be added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Have work ethics, able to maintain confidentiality of payroll tasks
  • Fast learner, independent, responsible, and good team player.
