The Role

We have a 14-month fixed term contract opportunity to join our Brand and Marketing team as a Campaign Data Analyst.

This position involves bringing data to life by facilitating campaigns. Your primary duties include supporting campaign execution, reporting on performance, and proactively identifying insights that can be transformed into campaigns.

You are the liaison between the marketing team and the data specialists from the Data & Analytics, Claims, Product, and Retention teams.
You work closely with the Marketing Leads and the Marketing Cloud Implementation Lead to deliver insightful and relevant communications. You monitor campaign performance closely to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation. Your responsibility is to assist the marketing team in creating and using targeted customer segmentation to ensure that MLCL engages with the right customers at the right time through the right channel to enhance the experience and maximize retention.

About you

This is a great opportunity for an Actuarial Analyst or Data Analyst looking to expand their experience in Marketing. As an Actuarial based business, this role will see you working with Actuarial data to evaluate our marketing metrics.

You will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, Statistics)
  • 2 + years' experience in an Actuarial or Data Analyst role.
  • Understanding of Data structure and Warehouse - ability to query using SQL
  • Experience using Marketing Automation system like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with data management and statistical/predictive modelling tools, desirable.
