About the Role Supports the Associate Director in overseeing special projects, including strategic actuarial initiatives and deep-dive analysis for financial initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities: Strengthen the existing analytics framework to provide management insights for decision making Identify the common process across various reporting basis and forecast & budgeting, and provide the ways to streamline & automate the process leveraging the technology Manage and interact with different stakeholders, including Actuarial, Capital Management and Finance to ensure alignment Drive the technical discussions, manage the deep-dive assessments and provide insights on the financial implications Provide actuarial support to resolve complex actuarial technical issues Support the Associate Director, Actuarial Reporting on other strategic initiatives as per needed Minimum Job Requirements: University / College graduate with at least 8 years of proven experience Candidates with less experience will be considered as Consultant Attained Fellowship in Actuarial professional examination Stochastic modelling experience with Prophet ALS will be an advantage Proficient in MS Office and data analysis techniques is crucial Experience in people management and coaching Experience in project management is a plus Ability to investigate complex technical issues and communicate the findings and implications Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Others: You are required to acquire relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
