About the role

The Commercial Information Management Analyst is responsible for supporting a variety of critical areas related to Risk management. This role will be responsible for System Information capture, maintenance and monitoring financial information used for the risk assessment of commercial credit lines. Identify improvements in the current reports and develop new analysis using BI tools. Support and follow up projects related to risk systems.

This position will interact with many other departments from all Latin America in the interest of achieving the overall company objectives.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Actuary, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related.
  • Required Analytics software capability - SAS and/or SQL
  • Knowledge in PowerBI required or visualization tools
  • English and Spanish required - Portuguese is a plus
  • Data management and reporting: ability to translate business needs into useful information.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to examine and analyze large data sets and highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends.
  • Experience desirable in Data Infrastructure, data mining and excellent data analysis skills - Solid quantitative and data management skills
  • Experience in credit risk management for automotive finance or banking preferred.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office (excel and Power point )
  • Communication (verbal and written), presentation and project management.


What you will be doing

  • Manage and capture the Dealer/Client Financial Information into the risk systems.
  • Support stakeholders on ad hoc request by leveraging data analysis and current reports using tools like SAS, SQL or Power BI.
  • Support related projects or special assignments as required.
  • Responsible for identification of business needs, documentation of business requirements, and technical specifications for use in the design of reports for commercial information departments (targeted reports for projects programs, initiatives and / or areas of concern identified in consultation with business)
  • Responsible for researching data anomalies and issues and make the required corrections.
