Job Description

Position Objective :

The position objective is responsible for planning and execution of agency business strategies, based on data analysis and market experiences, as well as in charge of quality assurance of all agency procedures & business activities. He/she will play a lead role in developing and implementing comprehensive, long-term strategic plans, building proposals to achieve Agency KPIs based on acquired data, establishing metrics for evaluating results as well as monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve agency business procedures & activities in order to meet established business quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Planning for quality recruitment and productivity to support business growth strategy.
  • Being responsible for analyzing and developing Agency strategic metrics and reports.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with Actuary and Reporting team to design tracking and reporting system on sales and recruitment performance.
  • Working with Corporate Strategy team for strategic planning, monthly/ quarterly/ ad-hoc strategic reports, sales forecast.
  • Assisting Head of Strategy for identifying key strength and improving areas or critical/potential issues to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Planning long term business, monitoring growth trends such as Quality recruitment, APE growth, Business quality metrics, Compensation dummy risks and propose business solution (if any). Building business proposal for Agency Full time model and ensuring the consistent operations of agency offices across the country
  • Building dashboard/Deep-dive analysis. Understanding the assigned function(s)' specific goals, challenges & opportunities
  • Attending Monthly/Quarterly meeting and updating business to Senior Management if required. Monthly discussing and supporting Sales Force to identify key improving items and locations as well as assisting them to strengthen business.
  • Preparing and reviewing periodic report/ dashboard (monthly, weekly, daily...) and fulfilling ad-hoc requests to support the business stakeholders with the assigned functions & ensuring data accuracy and on time delivery
  • Being in charge of contest design as well as reports to drive monthly/ annual business.
  • Managing budgets and resources related to sales activities
  • Assist agency operations by tracking, documenting and implementing standards and workflows for agency business inspection
  • Documenting and reporting agency business quality levels, and following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found
  • Strategize process improvements, monitoring risk-management procedures and reporting problems to Chief Agency Officer
  • Leading and managing an effective planning function, supporting projects and operations, to deliver the long term business objectives.


Qualifications

  • University or Master's degree.
  • 5+years of experiences in the life insurance industry, which having strategic planning or field force experience is preferrable
  • Excellent knowledge of life insurance, sales management, sales analysis, sales planning, database management, quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making for business development
  • Strategic thinking: Planning Manager must be able to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication skills with various stakeholders, especially senior management teams.
  • Master use of SQl, Excel, Access. Qlik Sense and Power BI is preferable.
  • Team-work spirit and collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
