Responsibilities: Assess how effective compensation/incentive schemes can help shape positive behaviour, mitigate gaming risks, encourage sales, and maintain company's going-concern. Perform financial evaluation & build model to derive the budgeted cost & net incremental value from ongoing/newly proposed scheme. > Some relevant actuarial building-blocks: new business embedded value, predictive analytics, financial mathematics, probability. Execute monitoring to track the targeted leading/lagging indicators against actual experience. Assist with business plan to have view on company's future strategy and financial direction. Coordinate with different stakeholders (i.e. distribution channels, finance/accounting, and regional) to cater and balance their different needs. Requirements: Fresh graduated or student in the late semester from mathematics/statistics/actuarial background. Have basic knowladge of Ms. Excel & SQL. Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) at Sudirman, South Jakarta. Able to do 3 months internship period. Has good analytical skills. Good communicator (spoaken and written). Have 1 or 2 PAI exams. Has interest in actuarial field Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
