Job Summary: Description: Assists in the data analytics responsibilities for a designated book of business. Including data collection, cleaning, reporting and advanced analytics. • Database management / development for client reporting • Supports benchmark database and associated reporting • Researches issues' root cause, implements, and resolves related issue • Recommends and implements potential enhancements or improvements to processes, products, and/or policies with oversight from senior team member • Assists in the preparation of financial models and reports for Client and senior staff, provides interpretation and implication of analysis, as well as recommendation • Establishes and maintains relationships and interfaces with Clients, carriers, and other vendor • Supports team in tracking project progress and timelines, maintaining client files, populating and maintaining open item trackers. • Provides management for client information, interfaces with others where appropriate. • Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed Requirements: Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field and/or years of experience equivalent • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Python, R, or SQL • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plu • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training session • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadline • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, and photocopier. • Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed • Legally able to work in the United State |
