Essential Job Functions:
• Analyze business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer and client experience.
• Provide support in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks to ensure successful execution.
• Document process changes and improvements for future reference.
• Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
• Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
• Proficiencies in data manipulation and interpretation
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Excel Specialist, Business Analytics Foundations) a plus
