You will also have the freedom to discover new models or variables to further strengthen our market position.

NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competencies for the future. This includes employment conditions that match what is needed today and take into account the future. This way we offer our employees the opportunity to get the best out of themselves. We offer you:
  • Salary between € 3,783 and € 5,405 depending on your knowledge and experience
  • 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary
  • 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and one Diversity Day
  • A modern pension administrated by BeFrank
  • Plenty of training and learning opportunities
  • NS Business Card 2nd class, which gives you unlimited travel, also privately. Do you prefer to travel with your own transport? Then you can declare the kilometres travelled.
  • Allowances for setting up your home office and internet use

What you will bring
You have a strong drive and a healthy dose of enthusiasm for doing things differently and better. You thrive on working independently and collaboratively with your colleagues.

You also have:
  • A master's degree in Econometrics, Actuarial Science, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as an (pricing) Actuary or consultant
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest analysis techniques and tools, such as Python
  • The drive to continue learning new things and work and discover with other professionals
  • An intrinsic interest in income legislation and income insurance, which motivates you to sink your teeth into new opportunities in the event of any changes

Who you will work with
The Income Collective business unit consists of three parts: Sales, Income Services, and the Expert Centre. You will find your place within one of the three teams within the Expert Center. Here, we focus on pricing and data with a team of 10 enthusiastic and driven actuaries and data analysts. Together, we ensure that our pricing is up-to-date and spot-on in a highly competitive market.

Together with the data analysts, we create maximum insight into our market position, premium structure, and dashboard to support the business. It's a responsible task, but we like to mix things up with a (virtual) escape room or pub quiz from time to time. We also get to know each other better during our regular drinks, which makes us a stronger team.
