ABOUT THE ROLE Evaluates, develops, and keeps assigned products in compliance with established local and federal regulations, while developing competitive advantage aligned with corporate objectives, focused on implementing and identifying operational risks. Responsible for defining cross-functional work plans aimed at achieving strategic goals and conducts cross-functional assessments to identify key tasks and requirements. Identify and support both internal and external sources in the development, implementation and launch of new or enhanced products and services for the assigned line of business. Must contribute defined growth and support revenue and profitability goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO This role involves coordinating and performing comprehensive analyses, including regulatory compliance, clinical and financial impact assessments, competitor analysis, and market research insights, to support new product planning, present findings to senior management, and develop materials adhering to regulatory requirements for successful product deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Management, Communications, Office Systems or a Degree in Health Administration or related field with one to three (3) years of related experience in sales, customer service, product development, proposals, compliance working with enterprise wide cross functional teams.
