Data Reporting Analyst Senior - Mental Health Parity Remote in ID, OR, UT, WA Primary Job Purpose The Mental Health Parity Data Reporting Analyst serves as a Mental Health Parity Addiction and Equity Act (MHPAEA) data and analytics technical resource and content expert. This role delivers data evaluation to support strategy and action, utilizes operational data to demonstrate regulatory compliance, and develops MHPAEA-related analytics tools. Reports directly to a senior leader and frequently collaborates with internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health care data analytics inclusive of medical and pharmacy claims. General Functions and Outcomes

Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above: Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above, the Mental Health Parity Senior Data Reporting Analyst would have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, computer science or related field and 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. #LI-Remote The expected hiring range for a Senior Data Reporting Analyst is $91,000 - $123,100 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15% . The current full salary range for this role is $85,000 to $140,000. Base pay is just part of the compensation package at Cambia that is supplemented with an exceptional 401(k) match, bonus opportunity and other benefits.
