About the Role The Americas actuarial team within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is looking to hire an individual to lead the actuarial support for our North America D&O portfolio. This role offers a blend of technical leadership and business acumen. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the (sub)portfolio performance, loss drivers, and trends. In addition, this individual will work closely with the product owner to develop strategies to navigate hard and soft markets. Specific responsibilities for this position include:
About the Team We are the actuarial team providing support to multiple Corporate Solutions businesses across North and Latin America. We work closely with our business partners to offer portfolio steering support based on data-driven decisions. Team members are encouraged to take ownership of their portfolios, becoming product experts, and advocates for their products to senior management. About You
