Description
Preparation of the service documents (proposal, report, PPT etc.) including but not limited to: market analysis, financial projection, regulation research, business plan, service plan, product design, license application materials, company governance materials/policies/rules/guidelines etc. Communication/coordination with the resources of Captive, ART and CRH Division, China, Asia, global networks, and other relevant resources beside WTW. Prospects follow-up with proper action plan with the support from practice or segment leader and other resources, to build up strong connection for long-term cooperation. Daily services to the clients, including prompt response to their requests, participation of client meetings, contract implementation etc. Presentation or assistance to presentation to client and relevant parties. Assistance to data collection, business model design, governance mechanism optimization, risk profiling and product design etc. for innovative business. Assistance to meeting and event organization. Other BD activities, including KYC checking, sales material draft, RFP response and cross selling etc. The relevant research work and article draft for the team, regulators and other parties. Internal knowledge and information sharing. Support for internal admin, compliance, AR etc. work. 1.Bachelor or above, Insurance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Actuarial, Management, Law etc. 2. Minimum 2 years within consulting firm, governments, insurance company or insurance brokers with the experience of Insurance, finance, actuarial analysis, product development, internal auditing, disaster risk management, disaster risk modelling or renewal energy and legal advice experience. 3. Professional, Dedicated, Proactive, Efficient, Team Spirit. 4. Strong communication and problem-solving skill. 5. Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written). 6. Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Access etc). 7. Be capable for long term business trip and manage the work pressure well.
