Responsibilities
• Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits
• Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed
• Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims
• Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we're meeting sales targets
• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales

Qualifications
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful
• Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful
• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial
• Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations
• Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
