What is your impact: Accountable for assessing the performance of Commercial Products and supporting Competitiveness while ensuring all work is completed timely and accurately in support of segment/product objectives. Ensures product performance and competitiveness goals are met and recommendations for improvement are made to Senior Leadership (Product, Segment, Sales, Actuarial and Finance). What are your key responsibilities: • Owns and leads overall process for regular product performance reporting and annual portfolio reviews for all segments, inclusive of setting deadlines, managing key deliverables, facilitation of cross functional workgroups, development of key messaging of results for senior management and coordination with Segment Leads • Owns product performance analysis, ad hoc reporting and all other analytical support and ensures results and findings are accurate and reasonable • Develops recommended actions for improvement to Segment Leaders, Sales, and Actuarial and Finance Leaders based on this work • Maintains strong relationships with Segment Leads, Sales Directors, and Actuarial leadership Product Rationalization & Competitive assessments • Supports Product Rationalization and Competitiveness processes, inclusive of setting deadlines, managing key deliverables, participation in cross functional workgroups, development of key messaging of results for senior management and coordination with Segment Leads • Provides input into the market pricing model and ensures results are reasonable • Develops recommended actions for improvement to Segment Leaders, Sales, and Actuarial and Finance Leaders based on model What is required: 6+ years related work experience. Experience Details: data analysis that include working with analysis software both SQL and PowerBI Related bachelor's degree Experience with preparing, recommending, and articulating business decisions based on data analysis Deep understanding of the health care and/or managed care industries (including trends and legislative issues), business, sales and marketing techniques and rating methods Exceptional communication competencies, including executive influence and presentations skills Skilled in execution and, thrives in a matrixed environment Strong process/CI knowledge and experience Change leadership skills, including ability to influence constituency and collaboration cross functionally for effective business outcomes What is preferred: Cultural competency and/or market segment knowledge for defined consumer or business segments. Strong intrinsic editorial expertise General Physical Demands Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Annualized Salary Range: $96,000 - $156,000 Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $96,000 - $120,000 Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
