Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Head of Agency Strategy & Digital Business to oversee all activities within the Agency Strategy & Planning team and actively involve in the planning, formulation, implementation and monitoring of long and short-term strategies of the Agency Distribution.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Team lead in the Agency Strategy & Planning team driving work deliverables in relation to Management Reporting, Business Planning, Performance Management and Data Analytics while actively involve in the planning, formulation, implementation and monitoring of long and short-term strategies particularly for leaders and Y2 onwards agents.

2. Work closely with senior management and the relevant stakeholders on business reviews and monitoring of agency business performance and strategies/ initiatives. Identify potential opportunity/ area of improvement/ learning, for future strategic planning and management.

3. Ensure accurate and timely provision of analyses, reports and presentations for all the management meetings, such as Monthly Business Review & Planning Meetings, Monthly Agency Distribution Business Performance Meetings, Quarterly Business Performance Reviews, EXCO Meetings, etc. Provide regular insight and highlight key emerging trends to support performance management.

4. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Annual Business Plan, identify and understand key business drivers while providing insights of the drivers to the senior management to drive business decisions along with implementation plans. Measure Agency business performance against the business targets and aspirations, via segmentation & MAPA approach.

5. Prepare and deliver management presentations with respect to long and short-term strategies/ initiatives for Agency Distribution, aiming to create/ strengthen a value proposition aligning with the Company's business and strategic direction.

6. Participate in various company-wide business initiatives as required. Follow-up-and-follow-through any actions needed to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones of the implementation plans.

Roles and responsibilities are not limited to the list above and may include ad hoc tasks that may arise from time to time.

Job Specification:

a. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Actuarial Science or any other related field

b. Experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
